L’enseignement en droit des religions

Comme dans d’autres pays, il n’existe pas de filière entièrement dédiée au droit des religions dans les universités publiques espagnoles. Cependant, la plupart d’entres-elles enseignent le droit des religions (ou des disciplines similaires) dans le cadre des études de premier cycle en droit civil ecclésiastique que ce soit en matière obligatoire ou en option.
