 Centre for Law and Religion, Cardiff University explores the relationships between laws of the state and laws of religions. Their interdisciplinary research studies religious and legal concepts in terms of legal history, theology, and the sociology of religion.

 The Centre of Ethnicity and Citizenship, University of Bristol is based within the School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies and has an international reputation – frequently referred to as ’the Bristol school’ – for its work on multiculturalism, religious identity, Muslim minorities, governance, citizenship, integration, and ethnic inequalities.

 Centre for Religion and Public Life, University of Leeds is a hub of research, impact and public engagement activities at the intersections of religion and public life in local, national and global contexts.

 Religion and Global Society, London School of Economics is an interdisciplinary unit conducting, coordinating, and promoting religion-related social science research at LSE.

 Centre for Theology and Public Issues, University of Edinburgh was founded in 1984 as the world’s first centre for reflection and research on public theology.

 Faiths and Civil Society Unit, Goldsmith University of London is a centre of excellence linking research, policy and practice in the field of faith-based social action.
