Religious Assets Act 2010
The Federal Law of November 30, 2010 No. 327-FZ on the transfer to religious organizations of real estate for religious purposes owned by the State or municipalities was passed by the State Duma on 19 November 2010, and approved by the Council of federation on 24 November 2010.
