Le statut de la scolarité

Religious communities are entitled to set up religious schools and residences to accommodate their students. Such schools are managed directly by the religious communities. They establish themselves the curricula and appoint the teaching staff. They are outside the educational system of Montenegro. All religious communities exercises this right and possibility, in Montenegro, and organize religious education at their premises.

Religious communities are also able to publish and distribute religious printed material as part of their activities, under the general regulations concerning information and publishing ; hence, all religious communities in Montenegro have their respective internal printed journals.
