Germany is a country hosting two main denominations, Catholicism and Protestantism. These two denominations have been in significant decline during the last few years. In 2012, there were 30.2% Catholic, 28.5% Protestant, 36.3% of no religion, 3.9% Muslim. Germany also counts nearly 270,000 Buddhists, some 200,000 Jews, around 165,000 Jehovah’s Witnesses and 100,000 Hindus.
